Sally works largely in the background organising the business. Her skills are in identifying ways to grow and improve what we do. She helps to improve team communication and strength, while also developing individuals. As she is not clinically trained she brings a strong emphasis on how patients will feel about any changes made and how their experiences can be the best possible.
