White composite fillings have completely changed how a restored mouth can look. While old metal amalgam fillings were very obvious, white filling can be blended and shaped to your natural tooth, so that they can look as good (or maybe even better) than your original tooth.
Most dark amalgam fillings can be replaced with white filling material to rejuvenate your smile. If you have a particularly large filling this may not be able to be replaced in this way, but you will be able to get a natural colour back with a ceramic crown in this case.
“I was very nervous as I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. The staff at No9 were very understanding and patient, the quality of care I received was exceptional”
After your tooth is cleaned and prepared small amounts of white filling material are added and shaped. The material is set with UV light, so you do not need to avoid eating afterwards. There are many different shades of the materials, as well as accents to ensure we can get a good colour match with your teeth. Your bite will also be checked to make sure that your teeth meet together comfortably afterwards.

Everything you need to know BEFORE starting treatment!
Our fillings start from £75 and the price will vary depending on how large they are. We also have a membership at the practice, which reduce any routine costs by 20%.
This very much depends on their environment. Our practitioners will always try to make sure you are not biting too heavily on your filling, but sometimes this cannot be avoided. We always guarantee our fillings for a year, but we have some which are now 15 years old and going strong.
We have been winners of prestigieous awards in the past, and here are a few of them.
