Gum Lift

This young lady came to see us complaining about her excessive gum tissue. She felt it was detracting from the natural beauty of her smile.   So after examination and a chat we opted to remove the excessive tissue. In this case we only removed the gingival tissue, in more extreme  cases we have to remove bone to get the best results. I often describe the procedure as pushing the cuticles back on the nail to make the nail look longer.
