My first visit !! 5 star plus made me feel very relaxed although I’m dental phobic. After 6 months of no front tooth, Peter replaced my crown and brought my smile back, I’m delighted would recommend them , I’ll be back regards sandra x

‘For many years I was unsure on whether to have corrective work carried out on my teeth which, although healthy, were a bit squint. I was made aware of Invisalign by Sharon and immediately liked the idea.
Further consultations with Calum and Peter put any reservations I had at ease and I decided to proceed.
The initial assessment of my teeth and the ‘movement’ process was explained with excellent attention to detail and technology and it was not long before I was wearing my first set of retainers.
Regular check-ups happened in the first two months but thereafter these relaxed as my teeth began to move and I began to get use to wearing the retainers for the majority of the day and night.
Any questions I had during the treatment were quickly answered and I would not hesitate in recommending the treatment for anyone wishing to have a great smile again.
A massive thanks to everyone at No9 Dental Practice for making what can be a daunting situation so easy’.

The treatment I received was excellent, everyone at the practice is very friendly and very professional. If you’re worried about the scale of your treatment, don’t be. My treatment was carried out over a six month period and I had no problems whatsoever.
My teeth have been restored and so has my smile and confidence. The cost of the treatment was very competitive and worth every penny. I’m very glad that I chose No9, I’ll always be grateful to Pete Buchan and his team.

From the minute you walk in the door at the reception of No9 you recieve a warm friendly welcome. The surgery it’s self has been well thought out and has a real modern but relaxed feel to it. The waiting area is bright, modern and very spacious. As you sit in one of the comfy chairs looking out the huge window over the tree tops you could easily be forgiven for thinking you are somewhere else. Pete is a perfectionist and clearly very passionate about his work as a dentist. He is not happy unless you are 100% happy with your treatment. Pete, his dental nurses and all the staff at No9 put you at ease right away. They all have a very relaxed, friendly but highly professional attitude about them. Anytime I’ve been in the surgery we usually have a bit of a laugh about something! After receiving some fairly major treatment over the summer i can safely say I’ve never been happier with my teeth or smile since joining No9.

My recent work has just been completed and I’m delighted with the results. I’m now the proud owner of a very natural looking, close fitting denture which has given me a smile back and I can eat anything without worry!

At the age of 19, I suffered an accident that nearly 20 years later would lead to the loss of my front tooth. The thought of losing my tooth caused me a great deal of anxiety throughout the years but as soon as I met Pete for the first time I felt reassured and at ease. My dentist had recommended that I consult Pete about the possibility of replacing the tooth with a dental implant.
My case was quite complicated and in order to achieve a good result, I first required a significant amount of orthodontic treatment. The communication between Pete and my orthodontist was fantastic and it gave me great confidence that they cared just as much about the outcome as I did.
After a significant amount of work, I am absolutely delighted with my new smile and can’t thank Pete and his whole team enough. Pete sets very high standards and it is obvious that dentistry is more than just a job to him. Pete’s experience, skill and attention to detail shine through and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
It would be unfair not to mention the rest of the team who were also fantastic. They were always friendly, welcoming and very efficient. You can have great confidence in Pete and his team, No 9 really is a fantastic dental practice!

I visited No9 dental practice on a personal recommendation. I knew that Dr Peter Buchan had won many awards for his cosmetic dental work so I felt totally reassured.
I arranged my first visit over the phone, the receptionist was lovely, really helpful and accommodating. I flew up from London Gatwick for the day and went along to my first appointment. From that first meeting, all the staff were so lovely and kind. I felt totally at ease.
Dr Buchan explained my treatment plan fully – he told me exactly what would happen, when and how. So I left that day feeling very confident and excited about getting a new smile.
I had my treatment, which again although a lot of dental work, was a lovely experience. I was made to feel very special and I was well looked after and cared for.
When all my treatment was complete I nearly cried when I saw my new smile. It is a complete and beautiful transformation. Why didn’t I do this years ago?
It’s literally changed my life in the fact I can now smile with total confidence, I feel like a different person. Thank you so much to all the team – I’m so grateful for all you care. Please do not hesitate to go and at least have a chat about transforming your smile. The end result will be amazing.

Before my implants, my life was almost unbearable and the impact on my family was not good. I had been considering implants for some time but was mainly put off by the lengthy process and costs. However, having come through the whole process without any problems or pain, my whole experience was certainly worth the cost and time. The quality of care was excellent! To anyone thinking of getting braces, I would definitely encourage them to do so. My only regret is that I didn’t get them sooner. I am so happy with the end result, and it has made me a lot more confident, as I was self-conscious of my teeth beforehand. I am so glad that I finally went through with this treatment. It was well worth the time and money.

I was recommended by my own dentist to No9. The first appointment I had was great from when I walked in the door…The quality of care I received was second to none. The implants were in and I never felt a thing.

Peter was recommended to me by a friend who herself is having extensive treatment undertaken and as a result of my treatment I myself would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for treatments involving dental implants, braces and crowns.

I had some dental work started in Budapest 3 years ago… I developed an infection… the implants were in the wrong place… I visited various dentists… I did not hold out any hope when I agreed to speak to Pete Buchan at No9 Dental Practice.
I found the whole experience extremely pleasant, all the staff have been brilliant, very helpful and always professional, and very caring.
I really liked the fact that Pete works with you to produce the ‘look’ you want to achieve rather than a dental standard.
I have now started to improve my lower set of teeth to match; after my four front teeth were finished I could not believe how much easier chewing has become.
Hubby is now ‘well jel’ of my new teeth and thinking of getting his done.
I would recommend No9 Dental Practice to anyone considering cosmetic dental treatment, there really is no need to travel to foreign places, when an extremely talented cosmetic dentist is on your doorstep.

I was initially anxious, but almost immediately felt able to relax given the professional, sensitive and caring approach of all the staff at the practice. You explained to me in a very clear way exactly what the treatment entails and this was very helpful and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to have treatment at No9 Dental Practice.
The implant is a great improvement on the bridge and crown which I previously had. It feels completely natural, to the extent that I wish I’d had it done several years ago.

After several years of pain, it is difficult to put into words how relieved I was to meet Peter and the other members of staff. Peter managed to put my mind at ease by his manner and quiet confidence.
From the onset, the practice was able to make me feel my care was important to them. It was obvious they enjoyed their work and worked very well together. I chose to have them discuss what was happening during the procedure and was able to relax knowing that Sharon understood everything Peter was doing and, at times, was able to comment on how well his technique was working.
Peter is an excellent dental surgeon and I think perhaps a perfectionist.
I find it quite difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Peter and the staff at No9. I cannot thank them enough for giving me back my faith in the dental profession. I value their moral outlook as well as their professional care.
In fact, on my last visit, I found myself to be quite emotional with feelings of great relief. I had been suffering pain for years and I just wish I’d been lucky enough to find Peter and No9 earlier.

After a good few years of nervously attending Dr Buchan’s Surgery for my check-ups, I have moved away from the area, so will unfortunately no longer be able to attend.

Now that the treatment is over and my implant is firmly in place, I thought I would just let you know how delighted I am with the finished result. It looks so natural and nobody would ever know it was not one of my own teeth. I only wish that I had taken the plunge sooner!
…I think you will remember how absolutely terrified I was when I came into the surgery…I was a quivering jelly that morning. The level of care and attention were given to me prior to the actual procedure and during it was absolutely wonderful.
From the receptionist to kind nurse, to you, I felt I was being treated with the utmost consideration. You all put me at ease and afterwards I wondered what I had worked myself up so much about.
Each appointment thereafter has been of similar nature and everything has been explained well along the way.
I would recommend having an implant carried out to anyone. It has certainly been an extremely good experience for me and the results are fantastic.

I have lived for years uncomfortable & unhappy with my teeth; I always believed cosmetic dentistry was out my reach, following a landmark birthday I decided to gift myself with at least a little research into the world of cosmetic dentistry.
I approached No 9 Dental Practice looking for a solution to my teeth insecurities that had been plaguing me for years. I had been for consultations at other dentists but had never gone through with any treatment as I couldn’t see how the procedures they suggested could fit into my life.
During my first consultation, I was immediately struck by Pete’s ability to make me feel at ease, he paid so much attention to detail & gave such insightful advice and information that I knew that this was the right practice for me. Beside his friendly, happy attitude which helped me relaxing before and during treatments, I genuinely believe he is someone that honestly cares & most importantly will not compromise his high professional standards while ensuring he achieves the right results for the patient.
After the end of my initial consultation I scheduled a follow-up meeting, this allowed me time to reflect on the information I’d been given & Pete time to develop the treatment plan that would be right for me. I attended my second appointment & we decided together what treatment was the best in my circumstances.
Pete had worked up a model to show me what he could achieve with my teeth, it was amazing, I couldn’t believe that it was possible!!! I did, however, have a small internal groan that I could for the first time see the teeth I had always wanted but now we had to talk costs; I braced myself (no pun intended) when I asked the question & was pleasantly surprised (well delighted) at the affordability of the treatment.
We set out the treatment plan & over a course of four appointments I now have the teeth I have always aspired to have; I’m 100% pleased with my smile now. I am still amazed at how fantastic my teeth look. The result from having been a dingy yellow for as long as I can remember to now being so beautifully white, all my family, friends & colleagues commenting on the huge difference is just fantastic. I can’t stop smiling and it has given me so much more confidence in every part of my life.
